Electronic Document Management – Document review to
determine case relevancy; producing individual document
summaries while identifying and eliminating duplicate copies and
reporting inconsistency and/or errors in bates numbers and/or
bates order to ensure compliance of document production during
the discovery stage of litigation.
Research/E-Discovery- Full-text document retrieval to include technical papers, expert witness and case related documents and/or publications through independent access and subscriptions to top databases providing clients with quality results and substantial cost savings. Project Management – Develop and manage project workflow, timelines and scheduling. Create various reports such as; project status; document production; database and independent search results. Produce customized searchable queries such as; topic, keyword, bates number, document location. Administrative – Develop professional and productive relationships from a remote location utilizing virtual technology, ensuring strict confidentiality and providing secure methods of data storage and transfer. Provide superior customer service at all times, by anticipating customer needs, practicing follow through and effectively interacting with customers whenever possible.
