Appraisal Reporting – Assist in gathering and analyzing data on sales of comparable properties, legal descriptions, and land values to determine a fair market appraisal value by utilizing various MLS resources.  Organize, classify and input data into various residential reports utilizing fully licensed Appraiser’s Choice™ real estate appraisal software to include mapping, APEX sketch, Data Master and Market Conditions Addendum eService, via remote connection.

Database Management – Compile and analyze documents to create and manage database.  Document imaging in conjunction with Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) utilizing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for document extraction and modification. Develop searching techniques and criteria to produce optimal keyword, technical terminology and topic results to include the review and conversion of geotechnical logs, data, graphs, charts and video footage.  Perform and provide training for search queries utilizing databases such as CaseData and Cataphora.

Electronic Document Management – Document review to determine case relevancy; producing individual document summaries while identifying and eliminating duplicate copies and reporting inconsistency and/or errors in bates numbers and/or bates order to ensure compliance of document production during the discovery stage of litigation. 

Research/E-Discovery-  Full-text document retrieval to include technical papers, expert witness and case related documents and/or publications through independent access and subscriptions to top databases providing clients with quality results and substantial cost savings. 

Project Management – Develop and manage project workflow, timelines and scheduling.  Create various reports such as; project status; document production; database and independent search results. Produce customized searchable queries such as; topic, keyword, bates number, document location.

Administrative Develop professional and productive relationships from a remote location utilizing virtual technology, ensuring strict confidentiality and providing secure methods of data storage and transfer. Provide superior customer service at all times, by anticipating customer needs, practicing follow through and effectively interacting with customers whenever possible.  Create and manage Access databases; Excel spreadsheets utilizing macro functions and Power Point presentations. Manage meetings, and calendars utilizing Microsoft Outlook, CalendarPro and TimeMatters. Provide travel, meeting, passport, and VISA arrangements.

Technical Support to include remote installation, training, and troubleshooting of various software and operating systems.

Website Development & Design - HTML, XML, Flash, PHP, E-commerce and Search Engine Optimization.

ATS Reliance – GE Consumer Products

Provided all aspects of administrative support to GE dispatch department including management team.  Maintained and processed technician supply orders via web site. Researched non-payment accounts and processed necessary invoice reversals.  Reconciled and reversed accounts receivable invoices for all domestic zones.  Created spreadsheets maintained and processed reversals of accounts receivable on all bookless accounts.  Placed collection calls to consumers for non-payment.

Coordinated seminars, special events, meetings, conferences and special projects; arranged all corporate travel for instructors and staff; reviewed proposals, negotiated contracts and implemented processes and procedures.
